RIB STATEMENT following the complaint filed by Miss Ariane UWIMANA

Following the complaint filed by Miss Ariane UWIMANA against a YouTube blogger called Thecatvevo250 who tarnished her name in story whose title was “MISS ARIANE YASINZE ARINYARIRA MU MUHANDA UMUKARANI ARAMUCYURA” with a picture and video clip of young unconscious lady sited on motorcycle that went viral on social media. 
Rwanda Investigation Bureau investigated the matter and wishes to inform the public that the girl in the picture is not Miss Ariane UWIMANA as reported by the above-mentioned blogger. 
We are investigating the blogger for tarnishing Miss Arian Uwimana’s image, and the actual girl who was on the motorcycle for drunkenness in the public.
