Kigali, 18 July, 2019: High Council members of Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) today met for the first time at the Ministry of Justice Headquarters. The meeting was presided over by Johnston Busingye, Minister for Justice/Attorney General who is also the Chairman of RIB High Council.

After exchanging on tabled items, the RIB High Council approved the following:

·          RIB Strategic Plan 2018 - 2024

·          RIB Internal Rules and Regulations

·          Placement of staff

·          Dismissal of 3 staff

·          RIB uniform and insignia.
