Motor Vehicle Clearance Certificate Requirements

a. Letter addressed to Secretary General requesting a transfer of the motor vehicle into a specified country.
b. A copy of a vehicle's logbook already submitted back to Rwanda Revenue Authority
c. Inactivity certificate issued by Rwanda Revenue Authority which indicate that a indicate that a vehicle owner had already returned the registration card and/or plate numbers of the vehicle
d. A copy of Passport or National Identification of company's representative or owner of the vehicle

e. Proof of verification made by the officer on the ground/ physical visit
